All competitors signing up for Winter Trophy must also submit a Minor Release Form. Click here to download and print the form. Boosters will also print some forms that will be available on Thursday. These forms must be turned in to Kelly on or before Tuesday, November 25. Make sure to get these forms signed by your parents ASAP!

If you need to submit your entry on Tabroom, navigate to Tabroom and sign in. Click the house icon at the top, go to the "Signups" tab, and click the plus button next to Winter Trophy. At the bottom, select your event and click Sign Up. For partner events, select your partner. For IEs, enter the title and author of your piece. If you don't know what ADA rooms are, then you probably don't need one. Make sure to click Sign Up again at the bottom of the page. Your entry is submitted when you see "Pending" by your entry!
