TSTDC All Students

Hi everyone-

We have a bus for Saturday, but we do not have busses for Thursday or Friday so we need to coordinate and confirm rides for everyone and make sure everyone has the correct permission forms.

Thursday, 3/26

BQ and LD will be SRA’d on Thursday at 1:30pm. Round 1 starts at 3:45PM and you need to be at Brophy by 2:45PM. We only have 6 competitors and Mr. G for this day and Abaas and Ayaan are coordinating/providing rides. Please let me know ASAP if this isn’t correct or if you do not have a ride confirmed.

Friday , 3/27

BQ, LD, Policy, and Speech will be SRA’d at 1:30pm on Friday. Round 1 Speech Pattern A (Info, DI, HI, and POI) starts at 3PM. Policy, BQ, and LD rounds start at 3:30PM. You should be at Brophy by 2:15PM. I show us having 16 competitors plus Mr. G and have so far heard from two students who are able to drive. Please respond to this message ASAP and let me know if you 1) plan to drive; 2) have a ride and if so, with whom; and/or 3) need a ride on Friday.

Parking & Arrival: Please park in the South lot off of Central Ave. for easiest access into campus. From the South Lot, you’ll proceed through the McCain Colonnade (big archway, can’t miss it) where judges/schools can check-in. Students can then proceed from there to the plaza marked, “Student Area” where we’ll have concessions set-up in the Robson Gym Snack Box (just to the right of where it says, “student area” on the map below. There will be signs there too).
