Jackrabbit Info (1/30-1/31)
Tabroom Signup closes: Thursday, January 15 11:55PM
TBA slots dropped: Friday 1/16
Add/drop entry deadline: Thursday, January 22
Judges Due: Friday, January 23
Important Note: By signing up for this tournament, you are agreeing that:
You are available to compete/participate for the entirety of the tournament (will remain with the team through awards unless a previous arrangement is made with coaching staff)
You are currently “tournament ready” with the events you’re signing up for and/or will be by the Friday before the tournament (January 23). You understand that if coaches/captains determine that an event is not sufficiently prepared by this date you may be dropped from the tournament.
You understand that dropping an event during the week of a tournament after the final tournament deadline incurs additional fees for the team, creates challenges for tournament administration, and can negatively impact transportation.
You are responsible for covering at least 6 judging slots over the course of this season and I will actively work to identify and secure judges for the tournament
